I and my American wife (see attached picture of us) are looking for a hotel owner that is interested and willing to go into a partnership and generate larger profits. Someone who would be interested and WAMTS to make their hotel the NUMBER 1 American / European HOTSPOT in Colva Beach Goa, and believe me this is sadly needed. You don\'t realize how much more profit you and other businesses of this nature could be generating by putting to work the knowledge and \'know-how\' that \'only\' an American born citizen has.

My wife and I have visited Colva Beach on two occasion\'s and loved it so much that we now have high hopes of one day relocating there from the U.S. to settle and live on a permanent basis.

As my wife is an American and loves American/European foods, it was and is a great dispointment to find there is not even "one single restaurant" that could prepare the types of foods she is accustomed to appropriately. We were\'nt able to locate even ONE restaurant/hotel at Colva Beach that could prepare even the most simplest American dishes according to her and other American\'s specification\'s. Don\'t get me wrong, she loves Indian food, but missed very much eating the type of food/dishes/meals she is accustomed to. Eeven on Ebay USA, you\'ll find that American foods are BIG PROFIT MAKING BUSINESS because of foreigners wanting Americans foods that they cannot find any other place. Why? because no one knows how to prepare them, and the ingredients needed to do so!! That\'s why!!!

After meeting and talking to other foreign tourist who had the same complaints/problem\'s, my wife and I came up with an idea to locate a current hotel owner who would be interested in a partnership in exchange for our very valuable knowledge. My wifes knowledge of American cuisine, (she also has fair knowledge of European cuisine as well) is extremely valuable in that she \'knows\' what Americans like, enjoy and EXPECT, including, but not limited to Room Accommodations expectation\'s, American Cusine (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), what they like and WANT to have included in their rooms, Entertainments, and many, MANY other ideas/tips to make foreign tourist\'s VERY HAPPY, which means money, and I mean LOTS OF MONEY that will be directed towards your establishemnt and AWAY from your competitors!! Believe, they\'ll be coming to YOU for advice !!!

REMEMBER THAT KNOWLEDGE IS POWER !!!

We all know that Americans don\'t hesitate on spending BIG MONEY on luxuries such as exceptional cuisine, lodging facilities, cleanliness, tasteful decor, and other such amenities, not to mention good entertainment. (I should know, since I\'ve seen it for myself).

An added benefit too is that many Indian Nationals that have traveled overseas to America and Europe will tell you that they too love American/European foods. Their addicting!! Just look at how popular the American restaurant chain MacDonalds is, or Pizza Hut, and other American restaurant chains are in Delhi!! This FACT speaks for itself.

As to what I myself would bring into the business, would be my vast extensive knowledge, responsibiltiy and experience of finances and budgeting acquired from 26 years in the banking industry, A Vast knowledge and understanding of the Human Sciences (I know people and recognise their wants and needs) which I will use to the advantage of the business. I also have extensive knowledge in popular American entertainment, as in what\'s hot and what\'s not.

We\'re also wanting to do some of the labor/renovating ourselves as we are somewhat experts and VERY particular at how certain things, such as painting, decor, and the overall setup should be done.

(MAKE NO MISTAKE, THIS IS A VERY GOOD AND LUCRATIVE BUSINESS OFFER)

In exchange of course is a fair, equitable and legal business parnership. Temporary living accomodations for myself and my wife will be required. This could be a room at your hotel and would be preferrable as we would like to be there 24/7 to enable us to better concentrate on business, ie., .
training of personel, updating the hotel to fit the needs/expectation of foreign guests, etc.

NOTE: A small hotel at an cozy \'out of the way location\', yet within walking distance to beach is preferred as Americans and Europeans alike are attracted these days to smaller quaint accomodation\'s as is popular in U.S. It would be even more better if the place had a good history, or "interesting story to tell" that would make it more charming of a place to visit. They call these places such as this \'Bed and Breakfast\' hotels. VERY POPULAR and VERY NICE.

Believe me, you would never regret the decision of taking a chance with us. We\'re very honest! So much so that we would even be willing to forfiet our partnership with you after an allotted time (Say within 3years) if we\'re not able to make this business turn a higher profit for you, even with partnership.
